This privacy policy applies to the ငွေသုံးစာရင်း-Money Usage app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MCA RECOVERIES LTD (collectively, the "Application"). MCA RECOVERIES LTD is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

The Application is designed as a standalone, offline tool. All financial data, including transaction records, wallet balances, custom categories, and budgets entered by the user, is stored entirely locally on the user's device.

The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, store, or process any personal financial data, IP addresses, or usage metrics on external servers. The Application does not require an internet connection to function, and no data is synced to the cloud by the Service Provider.

If the user chooses to use the "Backup Database" or "Export Data" features, these files are generated and saved exclusively to the user's local device storage.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Because the Application operates entirely offline and does not connect to external servers, it does not utilize cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics SDKs to monitor user behavior or deliver targeted advertising.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information. You can delete your personal data at any time by:

• Deleting individual transactions or categories within the Application.

• Clearing the Application's data and cache through your device's system settings.

• Uninstalling the Application from your device.

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

Third-Party Access

The Service Provider does not share, sell, or transmit any user data to third parties, as no data is collected by the Service Provider in the first place.

Data Retention Policy

Data entered into the Application is retained locally on your device for as long as you keep the Application installed. The Service Provider does not retain any of your data. Uninstalling the Application will permanently remove all stored financial data unless you have manually created a local backup file.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 18 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Because the Application is entirely offline, no data from children is transmitted to the Service Provider. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or guardian must provide consent on your behalf where permitted by law.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. While the Service Provider does not host your data, the Application provides an in-app "App Lock" (passcode) feature to help you secure your financial information locally against unauthorized access by anyone physically handling your device.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date.
